Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide the following: 1) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; 2) Identification of the infringing material and its URL; 3) Your contact information (address, phone, email); 4) A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; 5) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or agent.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including: identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith, your contact info, and consent to jurisdiction. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless we receive a court order.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy to terminate users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is any user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA notice or has had material removed more than once.
